Does not take out scratch

Have used it on several relatively small scratches on 3 different cars , with good results on all three vehicles . Sometimes had to repeat the process to achieve complete removal of the scratches . But , I only needed a small amount of the liquid every time to get a very impressive removal .

Have used the product often.

I had an unfortunate encounter with a fence post at my barn after taking a corner too sharply. I pulled out the bottle of Meguiar’s that I bought after purchasing my truck used. It took out a lot of the surface scratches. Of course it didn’t take them all out and didn’t fix my jacked up running board but I would say it made an 85% improvement.

This product is fantastic. The car wash put a four inch scratch along the door of my brand new car. I was in my local Walmart and heard great things about Meguiar's so I decided to give it a shot. With a little pressure, it took the whole scratch out. I got it for my sister when a shopping cart scratched her brand new car and she had the same results. This product is a must for any car owner.

Came here and saw the recommendation after feeling a bit uneasy with using Cris fix's wet sanding process. Works great on light clear coat scratches. My fingers are sore, but worked the paste into two scratches, took about 15 minutes, but got them out. Don't forget to apply wax afterwards!
