Poor latch, I sit for a whole hour only to pump a teaspoon's worth. Very disappointed. Maybe if the flange was bigger, the latch would improve. It really isn't hands free, I bought it due to my capal tunnel syndrome, hoping it would reduce the stress on my wrist but it just got worse. Rather supplement it with a breast pump bra. It is worth the price it goes for
