This is an entry level tv box. -Tv box is NOT GOOGLE CERTIFIED but can support almost any app. This means that most apps cannot be downloaded from Google Play store so we have preinstalled and alternate store of which most apps can be downloaded. -To update/download these apps and to download any other apps please read instructions inside box. GOOGLE PLAY is NOT used to update and/or download apps. -Please note if an app can not be downloaded it is not because the tv box is defected but it is because the app developer has developed the app in a way to be not compatible with this tv box. -Preloaded apps can also stop working at any time in any way if the app developer decides to and we can not be held responsible. -If you factory default set this box, all apps will get deleted.
