Theses sauces are a family favourite! They go down really well both as an accompaniment or as a marinade for chicken. Really easy to use and taste great on the bbq. We all love Nando’s so have loved trying these sauces and they are every bit as good as the restaurant.

Having seen it was medium I thought I would be able to have it on some chips. Took the first bit with it on and I felt like my mouth was on fire. It was stupidly hot and defo wasn't a medium sauce. So be warned that if you can't handle spice then DO Not buy this

you can use it as a sauce or marinate chicken with this its brilliant the medium is just right not too bland and not too spicy unless you like spicy go for the hot but I'd reccomend this for every meal goes with anything even chips

I am always on the look for a spicy meal and I always have my Nando's Peri-Peri sauce on hand for my spicy touch. The medium sauce is the right intensity and it does not overpower any flavourful meal.
