My Nivea men's sensitive cooling balm arrived yesterday. I used it for the first time this morning. I found it both cooling and soothing - none of that unpleasant reddening and skin soreness. It also smells pleasant and the only thing that slightly disappointed me was that it felt a little sticky. Overall I would definitely recommend this product.

The NIVEA Men Sensitive Cooling Shaving Balm is very cooling and non sticky. It comes in a glass bottle with a plastic lid. I shave using a double edge razor so I need a post shave balm which is sensitive to my skin, but also keeps my skin hydrated. This balm does that brilliantly. It doesn't leave any residue on my skin like others, and it does a great job at stopping any cuts from bleeding. I would recommend this balm to any shaver. Nice bottle presentation with a workable scent (doesn't interfere too much with generic cologne choices). Unfortunately slippery (both bottle and cap) when wet.

Product cautions against using close to eyes which can be a challenge if your beard goes up higher!

Texture is nice, decent moisture, scent makes it unlikely for daily use.
