The sensitive cooling balm is easy to apply and comes in a nice bottle. It looks and feels good.

it's too gooey for the face. after you put it on, your face feels sticky and heavy. you can also see the white lotion film that never quite goes away.

i hope this is just a bad batch and not a new recipe... because if this is the new normal... this is a non-starter.

What is inside the bottle is great and makes one's skin feel great. However after you have applied it to your face, your hands are very slippery and that makes it very hard to screw the cap back on.
Now if the cap had a serrated surface you would be able to screw the cap back on, specially since that the cap is only a quarter turn to close.
