New formula
New formula is awful, have been checking everywhere and buying all the old ones. Will not buy the new one. It doesn't soak in and leaves a greasy film.

New Vegan Formula Burns Skim
I've been using Nivea Soft for over a decade and could tell instantly when the formula changed. Now it burns my skin and doesn't feel moisturising at all. Hopefully they change it back

Formula change
This used to be the best face cream ever. Since the formula became vegan, it has changed. It no longer hydrates as well as it used to and it now breaks my skin out very badly. Would not recommend at all unless they re-release the old formula.

Not sure why you changed a formula that clearly worked, i have been using this for about 30 years (cant remember ever usign anything else) and im so disappointed in the change in formula, please bring the old formula back._x000D_

New formula is terrible!!
This was by far the best moisturiser on the market until you introduced the new vegan formula, which is honestly terrible! It no longer absorbs or moisturises the skin. Instead, it just sits on top, leaving white streaks everywhere and failing to do its job. Why has the formula been changed? It now feels terrible on the face. Doesn’t absorb properly and leaves a kind of layer on the face. Not soft at all like the name. My body skin tend to be dry & itchy.
