I have been using the nivea soft moisturiser for over 20 years. It has always been my go to for beautifully hydrated skin. However, something has changed... the ingredients? It definitely doesn't feel the same when you apply it, it feels watery and doesn't leave my skin feeling hydrated. Bring back the original formula!

Texture felt different and when I applied it - it immediately stung my face, irritating my skin, causing it to go red in sections. I have been using Nivea Soft for over 30 years and I’m saddened to see that changes to the ingredients have been made.

If I could give this 0 stars o would. New formula doesn't absorb like the old one and doesn't feel soft at all. Very disappointed bring back the old formula

I have been using the original nivea soft for nearly 20 years, it’s amazing and I always recommend! But this new vegan version is awful, it’s sticky and very drying on my face, I will not be buying this again! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back the original version! One very upset customer.

The new vegan formula of Nivea Soft feels like a completely different product vs. the original version. I have found the new formula highly irritating for my sensitive skin and completely unusable. In recent years I had trouble with eczema on my face and, after trying many alternative brands including those prescribed by my doctor, the original Nivea Soft was the only product that truly calmed it down. The old formula was perfect , literally the best ever. Would have used it for the rest of my life. It used to melt into my skin and moisturise my skin perfectly. This new formula just sits on your skin, and if anything makes your skin feel like tighter and dryer. All my friends have said the exact same thing. So annoying because the old one was so great. I literally don’t understand why you changed it?? No one cares that the new one is vegan.

I like that there is not an over powering smell to it. I do find it a little bit greasy but I think it depends how much you put on. A small amount goes a long way. I would definitely recommend this product to people with dry hands this winter.
