Perfect as a low‑cost companion for nRF Connect for Desktop, wireless prototyping, packet sniffing, and development. Featuring an Arm Cortex‑M4 with FPU and DSP instructions, integrated Arm CryptoCell CC310 hardware cryptography, and a high‑performance multiprotocol 2.4 GHz radio with 2 Mbps data rate and -92 dBm receive sensitivity. Operates from 1.7 V to 5.5 V via USB or external supply. The USB interface connects directly to the nRF52840, enabling easy programming through a USB bootloader with no external programmer required (though pads for an external debugger are available).
