After using this product my lips are no longer cracked. They are cooled on contact and no longer feel irritated or chapped. This product has helped me so much.

After using this my lips feel fabulous! They are super soft plump and cool. The cooling relief is a plus. Also, I love that has a matte finish. I prefer to not have shiny lips. This felt really good however I must have an allergy to it. My lips have been very itchy and swollen both times I have tried it. Sucks, I really liked it at first.

I bought this lip balm because my lips were dry, but this stuff made them even more chapped! My lips became VERY rough,dry,and irritated AFTER I used it and I ended up throwing it in the garbage.
