    Beware - this can kill you

    The other Ouma rusks are great. This one, 3 seed, however, is made with margarine, which is NOT heart-friendly and only serves to keep the producers financially well-off. All margarines are preserved with benzoates, which are haptens. This means the benzoates bind with larger molecules in the body and trigger an immune response. It is not listed under the allergens. I checked the ingredients when my tongue swelled up, I started to cough and became short of breath. I am sensitive to benzoates ...
