I love this product! It is very easy to use, and leaves hair feeling soft with a natural sleek look. I like that it doesn't give the same straight result like a flat-iron does, which tends to look too limp. This still leaves hair with nice volume to it. It has 2 heat settings, feels good and natural while using it. It does take longer than 5 minutes though, depending on the hair type. I have mid-back curls which takes about 20 mins. Takes about 45 min to do the hair cause it’s thick but the result is good at the end just takes too long tho
