This product has certainly surprised me. You need to wait a minute after you turn it on for use. Please ensure you use it on dry hair. I started to partition my hair as it is of longer length into 4 parts. I gradually took the brush from root to tip in gentle strokes, at 1st it may seem like nothing is happening but you need to take a few strokes before you start to see results. I finished all 4 parts and did a final sweep of all my hair. It was incredible and soft, lasted until the next wash...
