I love this product! It is very easy to use, and leaves hair feeling soft with a natural sleek look. I like that it doesn't give the same straight result like a flat-iron does, which tends to look too limp. This still leaves hair with nice volume to it. It has 2 heat settings, feels good and natural while using it. It does take longer than 5 minutes though, depending on the hair type. I have mid-back curls which takes about 20 mins.
