Polycell Polyfilla Mendall 90 Crack Filler Premix 500g is a ready-mixed, slump-resistant solution designed to fill cracks and holes in various surfaces such as plaster, wood, brick, stone, concrete, stucco, metal, glass, fibre-cement, and other masonry. This product can be used straight from the tub and easily applied in thick layers without shrinking, making it ideal for repairs requiring extra adhesion and flexibility. Mendall 90 is specially formulated to handle cracks that may experience movement due to temperature changes, so it’s suitable for areas where standard fillers may fail—such as the join between cornice and wall or ceiling. It is not recommended for structural cracks. The filler dries in thin layers within approximately one hour, while deep fillings up to 10mm may require up to 24 hours or longer in cold or damp conditions before overcoating.
