POWR polyurethane foam is a multi-purpose polyurethane foam that can be used for filling around door and window frames, insulating hot and cold-water pipes, sealing, and general filling of gaps and cracks. Filfoam bonds to most building materials except silicone, teflon, polyethylene, and polypropylene. It is resistant to all weather conditions and hardens in 2 to 4 hours in wet conditions. After hardening, excess filfoam can be cut away, cleaned, and painted. Properties: Excellent adhesion on most materials (except pe/pp) High thermal and acoustic isolation Very good filling capacity Excellent mounting ability Application details: Assembling and sealing of windows and doorframes. Filling of cavities. Sealing of all openings in roof constructions. The creation of a soundproof screen. substrate: All substrates except pe, pp. State of surface: Clean, free of dust and grease. Preparation: Moistening of the surfaces improves adhesion, curing and cellular structure. Application method: Shake the can approximately 20 times before use. Packaging: Shelf life: Store the product in a cool and dry place. The shelf life is 12 months at temperatures between 0°c and 25°c. Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Use in a well-ventilated area. Don’t smoke near the application -flammable. Take the usual industrial hygiene precautions. Wear gloves and safety goggles. Remove cured foam by mechanical means only, never burn away.
