Very Good Condition Secondhand Original Per-Sian Nai-n Carpet Size : 286 x 193 cm Type: Wool Make: Hand-knotted NAI-N Carpet is coming from Nai-n and Kavir which are two popular cities of Isfe-han Province in Ir-an. NAI-N CARPET was not a popular carpet till year 1917 when Mirza Jalal Khan became principle of Nai-n School, In his 11 years at this position he realized that due to not enough jobs available the students are not able to continue their educations after the premier studies and they are mostly living in poverty, he decided to find a profession for his people therefor in the year 1922 he used the opportunity with two Carpet teachers each Mirza Hussain and Mirza Jawad opened technical classes for these people and in a 2 years period teach them all levels of weaving carpets. It did not take long and the buzz of their skills and type of carpet reached all over the country and a lot of carpet weavers headed to them and now after almost 1 century this carpet is known as one of the finest and most popular Per-sian carpets and we all are grateful of all those people who worked very hard to make this carpet as one of the most popular carpet all around the world.
