This is false advertising by Makro, this bicycle does not come with training wheels as seen on this photograph (picture).
There less spoken about the terrible (very poor) customer service the better...

Perfect gift for my boy...he loves the bike so much. It would have been nice to have someone in the store to assemble the bike for us

Received same side pedastals in the box... Not happy now have to take it to the shop
