Surface Preparation:
Surfaces must be clean, sound, dry, and free from laitance (white film from drying concrete), fungal growth, grease, oil, or loose particles.
Repair any cracks before starting.
For face brick applications, ensure all plumbing pipes are properly sealed before applying the product.
Application Instructions:
Stir RCM Clear Guard thoroughly before use.
Do not dilute — ready to use.
It is recommended to test on a small area before full application, as certain substrates may darken after curing.
Apply two coats (uncured to uncured): As soon as the first coat begins to discolour, apply the second coat to ensure deep penetration.
Work from the top down to allow proper flow and coverage.
Application can be done with a roller, brush, block brush, or airless spray equipment.
Coverage:
Covers approximately 3–4m² per litre (depending on substrate and porosity).

Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin exposure.
