I got a defective product, spinning feature doesn't work.

I was impressed with this, however, the tumbler didn't work. I bought this specifically for that reason.

The spin feature stopped working, disappointing to the kids.

This is so cute, the sounds work and the door and draw open and shut. The plastic is study. However, the inside only spun for 2 hours after we opened it and now doesn’t work at all. We have a very disappointed kid on our hands. The front is also hard for little ones to shut. Do better with your design!!
