Rooster Rojo Anejo Tequila  (Pack of 6 x 750 ml)

We pit-roast the agave in our artisanal underground oven for 48 hours using heated stones and special firewood. The agave is first cut, then covered with dried agave fiber and sealed with moistened earth. We balance the intensely smoked agave with traditionally cooked agave, ferment and double-distill the spirit and let it rest in oak barrels for over two months. The result is a unique, masterly balanced tequila, both smoky, delicate and complex.
