The 3rd time I used the machine, the start-string broke off inside the body. It was sent to Ryobi to fix as it was shortly after the purchase. At first they sent it back without repairing. I used it once and the main safety feature started failing ill be returning the unit shortly.

Was using mine on medium to larger trees with reasonable effort. Not as loud as you may expect. Priced well.

Its not working. I want to return it. Mixed fuel with oil, poured oil into the oil slot. It wouldnt turn.

The second Purchase had some faults but the guys who i hired were so happy that they decided to fix the fault and the product is working just fine.

Easy to assemble. Starts and runs easily and gets the job done at any angle. Not too heavy to use. Good value for money.

Excellent buy and money well spent. Easy to operate with clear instructions.

Cant complain about the product but please try sort out your delivery. The guys like that they don't reach me. I had to fetch my order in store,went out of my pocket.
