After connecting my gas bottle, the ignition light lit up and I followed all the instructions but as soon as I released the knob of the pilot light the heater dies. I tried everything but ended up returning it. Very disappointed.

The product is so great I really like it. It's working good but I used only the electric one so far. And the delivery was so late. Very late like they deliver after the day that was supposed to be delivered.
