I bought this less than 2 months ago and it says storage full. I deleted every app,picture,video in the phone and I've been clearing the storage app cache more than 15 times now yet the storage bar still reads 92% yet the phone is literally empty

I bought this a month ago, and it is working fabulous! It's features are working wonderful and the colours are magnificent, I thoroughly enjoy this product!!
