Perfect product!
OBS has a toffee, jaggery sweetness to which reminds me of my childhood, tofolux days. It is sharper towards the middle and disappears as quickly as you swallow it. The sharpness brings out the warmth of the Sherry. Though it doesn't do well on its own, it pairs well with a late harvest or golden nectar wine. Alternatively, wash it down with a cider or two and you will thank me later
