So far I'm pretty happy with the purchase - you need to be flexible with settings...I like the size - so you can fit most items in without cutting them up.
One needs to have a cookbook so you can shorten the learning curve to using this effectively.
Good suggestion is to invest in a small oil sprayer and use Avocado oil liberally applied to assist with browning.
