    Unsatisfactory

    When assembling the bottom part of the couch, the wood cracked as soon as I sat on it. I reported this issue to Marko about a month ago and I am still waiting for collection of the item.

    The matter has not been resolved, and the delay in response and collection is unacceptable.
    The service is very poor...
