Bought these a few weeks ago as I needed new headphones and these were on sale the sound is fantastic the noise cancelling works excellently and so does the ambient mode the companion app makes it easy to change the eq adjust ambient mode settings and check battery life being able to check battery life on the headphones themselves though is just as handy the only downside to the headphone battery meter is it goes down in increments of 10 eg battery around 80% could be from 80 to 71 increments...

Best selection after reading reviews and trying on many brands. Originally looked at Bose and Senheiser , but Sony was reviewed best, and found this to be accurate. Amazing sound, wireless and Bluetooth perform exceptionally and value for money. Absolutely recommend my Sony WH-CH720N headphones.

Just took these on a trip from Aust to Japan. Great audio, battery life and very comfortable

Nice sound, lovely and light to carry but really disappointed that they did not come with a case so they can be looked after properly when placed in a backpack.

The sound is reasonable quality, I have found I can't ware them for very long, the foam is too shallow and the hard center pushes against my ears.

Bought recently for European trip, good price, comfortable, great sound and NC, they dont fold up as much as I would like but compact nonetheless

Apparently, my head is small so after trying Sony's XM4 & XM5 headphones, I bought these as they fitted me & are lightweight. The sound is not as good as the XM range, but that's to be expected. I'm quite happy with them, but I wish a case was included. My only concern is the battery life. Sony states 35 hours, but the battery was flat within 15 hours of use! I'll test the battery life again before talking to the store I bought them from.

I've had these a couple of weeks and bought them as I have hyperacusis (intolerance to noisy situations). They have really helped me to cope with being in noisy groups. I love music too and the sound through these is great - an added bonus!

bought these while travelling needing a headphone set to replace unit that sere stolen off my head! Didn't want to go to the same level in case another thief took these new ones. Totally surprised by the sound quality. Excellent units and so comfortable. Still getting used to the buttons but that will come. Absolutely amazing battery life - 35+ hours
