The fan itself works really well. It moves alot of air even on the lowest setting. Perfect for large room sizes. It is quite loud even on the first speed setting. I purchased 2 units. Both units came in 1 box (not a manufacturer box). No instructions. Luckily it was easy to assemble. The blades are not aluminum as advertised. It appears to be hard plastic.
