Sydney Back Potstill Brandy’s ‘Initial Blend’ was produced in very limited numbers and is no longer available for purchase. Those that purchased one of these extremely special bottles can feel very fortunate to have it as part of their collection. For something a little less rare but still of superior quality, there are two superlative options, holding both a 10- and 15-year-old blend within the collection. Both have been crafted in a similar cognac-like style to the first distillation and delight all of those who choose to drink it.
