My 5yr old granddaughter has a few houses in her collection now which she is slowly but surely acquiring. This set is excellent value for money, there is a 2nd set of covers for the chairs and sofa so you can change them and the TV has a few different pictures that you can choose from. Sylvanian families have been a godsend to me it has kept her occupied for many hours she loves them

You can match this to your Sylvanian Family house by choosing one of the two included materials for the couch and armchairs! Simple, but effective idea which ensures I never get bored of rearranging my Sylvanian furniture. Also, the telly has many options of "programmes" and the shelves actually open. I love the details and little additions like the picture frame.

I bought this a while ago and I just adore it. Definitely the prettiest set I own. You can change the fabric on the seats and the shows on the tv.
