    They're okay.

    These are made of cement/concrete and as a result are quite difficult to move without chipping the edges. It is painted with a glossy black paint on the top and as soon as I reml5 the packaging and placed it down parts of the edges had chipped. Besides this, it holds the umbrella in place very securely (I have 4 plates)
