Perfect service and perfect chair.

The chair is comfortable and arrived in good condition. The assembly was a mission, some slightly misaligned but I managed.

Good price, but can't lock when you lay back.

Very comfortable and easy to assemble! This chair is perfect for a home office or for a study. Very sturdy and supportive.

The chair is of high quality, but the seat isn't evenly balanced. I'm guessing the screwholes on the one side doesn't align properly with the other side. I had to add washers to accommadate the flaw which also makes the backrest tilt to the one side, unfortunately. I do have some other nitpicks with the chair, but that was my only technical issue.

The nitpicks are: I wish the seat extended a bit further forward and i wish the armrests didn't block my leg movement to this extent.
