I bought these chairs in August 2023.
The second chair's one leg just broke off. March 2024.
And it is NOT heavy duty usage. Just normal office use. In fact: 4 of them are used in a boardroom, and only used like an hour or two per week. The plastic quality is obviously not good. The 'leather' also start going off within a few months.

Poor quality plastic...
After just over a year of use the legs of the plastic base broke at the wheels, very poor quality plastic base, the height adjustment also stopped working after a few months....
