    Good quality product

    Bought this because I was in a bind but needed cough syrup. It does soothe dry throat, it loosens mucus in the chest and it has a cooling effect that helps with blocked sinus.

    The only chemicals are the preservatives the active ingredients are extracts from traditional herbs and such.

    It won't help fight the cold/flu (it has no chemical medication) , but it can ease the symptoms like it says
