    What a Mess! False Advertising!

    I recently bought 3 Vividitto solid wood bar stools. When it arrived, it was plastic! - and badly scratched too. I tried to return it, spent hours on the phone and emails and sending photos etc. It has now been more than a week, phoned again 2 days ago, but no joy. It is still advertised on their website as being solid wood! Now, when I find something at Makro onlline, I just move on to another shop.
