At <3 years old you'd expect an item designed to protect the BBQ (Q2000) against the elements would be itself last but the cover is totally knackered. This is the second failure as the one on our other BBQ (family Q3200) also fell apart but I never thought to comment on that. Save yourself $ and just buy a mitre10 cheapie. It will last longer and costs way less

There are a few recent reviews here which I think are too harsh on this product. I would describe it as complimentary to good protected storage of your Weber. I've owned mine for about 2 months and so far it has lived up to my expectations. I have to fold in my side tables to get it to fit (no biggie) but it's waaay too short, it looks ridiculous! And the velcro tabs won't reach so I can't even secure it!_x000D_

I've seen pics of perhaps older model covers that are bigger, but this is an extremely disappointing accessory for an otherwise great product.

About 3.5 years ago. Not long after buying it cracked and wasn't water tight any longer. _x000D_
Now it is in really bad shape. Very disintegrated. Looks terrible._x000D_
I would have expected that something designed for outdoor wear would have been harder wearing. Disappointing.

Excellent protection for BBQ

I have read through the reviews. It seems that even with the side tables folded, the Velcro for both front and the back cannot be simultaneously secured properly._x000D_

A support team member even commented that there is a proper way to fold the side table to enable both front and back Velcros to be secured. but couldn't figure this out without taking off the side table which clearly how the cover photo was taken. Or am I wrong?>

Works great except that the rear strap is really awkward and has nothing to strap onto. Using it with q3200
