Fits like a glove, but we haven't had any weather since I received it so I can't comment on durability.

I really like the cover. If I could suggest one improvement though, it would be to put more than one strap to hold it down. Three corner straps would help keep it in place a bit better in the wind. That's the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star.

I just bought an 18" Weber grill & wanted to keep it looking fresh & new. The cover will keep the morning sun & dust off of it. Cannot speak about it being waterproof or not, as it is in my lanai.

Several years ago I bought a cover for my Weber 22" charcoal grill and it lasted me a very long time but it was made of much heavier fabric and over time became very brittle and heavy. This cover is made of a lighter more like nylon fabric that I don't think will get brittle. So glad I bought this. It has a handle on the top for ease in removing it and has a strap on the bottom of it to attach to the grill.
