Aluminum pan, what else can I say!

This solves the issue of drips hitting the grill bottom or running into the ash catcher. I line these pans with foil, which allows them to be reused multiple times, and also line the ash catcher to make cleanup go faster.

These are 13" x 9" at the top, less at the bottom. I purchased these to evaluate them as replacements for 13" x 9" glass baking dishes and metal pans. These are not-very-strong thin aluminum. I ended up putting one in a metal 13" x 9" baking pan which worked well (strength with no after baking clean up-this product.
