Wi-Fi signal is very weak even though it is less than a meter away from the router. YouTube is barely usable, slow and has to be restarted every time before use. Other apps are extremely slow and chrome cast is also unusable most of the time. Bluetooth pairing is also a nightmare as only one device can be paired at a time and the connection drops as soon as another Bluetooth device is nearby. This device is also prone to overheating and hot to the touch after around 5min of use._x000D_

I had to return my TV stick. It would only connect to 5G internet

I bought it a month ago now it has stopped working , it keeps saying no signal even thought signal strength says excellent , it has been more than a week giving this error now i am told they have to send it for repairs like wow and if it is not factory fault i must pay the costs , not happy at all

This is perfect if you don't have the budget for a smart TV, like me. It's been over a week and it works perfectly! No glitches, nothing! You just connect it to an electric socket, set it up with your wifi and boom, a smart TV! It comes with everything you will need.

Great little stick at a budget price. It isn't the fastest, so don't expect to do gaming on it, but for streaming video it's excellent and smooth. Perfect way to refresh and old TV. In case yours restarts or is slow just use the provided wall adapter

Very slow when it comes to using the product and makro very bad service from the store

Worked for 3 weeks and then continued restarting. I did enjoy it but it keeps restarting
