4-in-1 PTFE Adapter is used to switch filaments during multi-color or multi-material printing. One end connects to up to 4 different PTFE tubes (for 4 filaments), while the other end connects to the top of the extruder for feeding. Function (4-in-1 PTFE Coupler) - Compatible with for X1/P1/A1 Series + AMS. This coupler is a critical component for Multi-Material Printing (MMU), linking the AMS (Automatic Material Switching System) to the printer's hotend, enabling automatic switching between 4 different colors/materials. Key Roles: Merges 4 PTFE tubes (from AMS) into 1 output tube, allowing all materials to feed through a single path into the hotend. Compatible Models: for X1/X1C (requires AMS) for P1P/P1S (requires AMS) for A1/A1 mini (requires AMS Lite) Troubleshooting Common Issues: Filament switching fails? → Check if the coupler is loose or if the PTFE tube is worn.
