This product has serious issues. The gearing is easily dislodged and it stops working until you attend to it. It is defective and very frustrating to use. The customer service from the distributors, Fluidra South Africa is especially poor.

Efficient pool cleaner. I'm sure all South Africans are familiar with the Zodiac. It's a great product and it lasts for years. Our previous Zodiac lasted for many years before it finally gave in. Cleans the pool very efficiently and doesn't make a noise at all.

Only had it for a week. So far the best Pool Cleaner we've owned.

I had the previous model MX 8 which lasted about 18 months before the problems with gears and tracks started. This model AX 20 (in less than 8 months), both gearboxes now needs replacing. Rather buy conventional pool cleaner as this just doesnt last and expensive to maintain

This really is a fantastic pool cleaner. It's the first "wheeled" pool cleaner I've owned in 25 years and despite my initial reservations it turned out o be a far better pool cleaner than the conventional "kreepy krauly" type machines I've owned. I have a small 6 x 3 meter fibreglass pool and my kreepy krauly just never seemed able to clean the whole pool properly. The Zodiac AX20 does not leave one area in my pool untouched. It is pricey, but I it's well worth the investm...

On the positive side this pool cleaner handles leaves easy, the engine doesn’t get blocked as easy as the mx6 however the engine wears out very fast. 6 months and worn out completely. It’s an expensive machine and would not recommend to anyone.

Bought this on advice from Eldoraigne Pool Labs after revamping the pool. Cleans a CLEAN pool very well. Set the timer for 4 hrs just to see it cleaned maybe one round trip before choking on a teeny tiny leaf, wasting electricity. NONE of the previous attachments fit this thing you have to buy everything new.
