Zodiac Pacer Pool cleaner
Thrilled with product, except that it only comes with 5 pipes. The pipes are not universal but a twist and lock systems, which is great, but additional pipes are pricey which in my case made it ± R1000 extra on top of the purchase price.

NOT recommend
I have only been using this product for 6 weeks now. It gets stuck at random places around the pool. Then as it got stuck one day the outer extension got shaved through and stopped working. I contacted their RMA dept, and was advised to buy a new outer extension as this is NOT covered in their warranty. I find this unacceptable as I have only been using it for 6 weeks! Price looks good. But like all things in life you get what you pay for.

Not worth the money
I bought this zodiac pacer earlier this month(September 2024) and it is defective. After a few minutes of working it just stops working altogether. The filter sand was changed, the leaf catches in the weir and pump were empty - yet it still stops working. Called the zodiac number and they sent out a technician who did the tests and said there was nothing wrong. They asked all these questions and in the end as expected by the questions they asked, they refused to accept their warranty. We had ...
